“Beneath the Same Stars” Author Talk

Phyllis Cole-Dai is the author of the novel Beneath the Same Stars, which offers insight to the Dakota War of 1862. Told from the perspective of Sarah Wakefield, a witness to the first day of the conflict, it explores a largely forgotten history of this part of the country.
